Luuwit View Park Tending Time

Description

Join Portland Parks & Recreation for volunteer days every 4th Thursday of the month to support stewardship efforts at Luuwit View Park!

Event Details

Please bring a reusable water bottle if you have one. Wear sturdy close-toed shoes and layers to dress for the weather, plus any snacks you want/need.

Work looks and feels different for every body. We encourage volunteers to go at their own pace and take breaks to rest.

Keep yourself and your community safe and healthy - please stay home if you are sick. There will always be more opportunities to volunteer with us!

Site Accessibility

There are paved and non-paved surfaces at Luuwit View. Depending on the day and tasks, the surfaces to travel on may vary.

There are ADA accessible restrooms on site. Many areas of the park have open exposure to the sun.

If you have questions about the accessibility of the event, please email us. If you have an ADA accommodation request to be able to participate in this volunteer event, please use the 311 ADA Accommodation Request webpage.
