Join Portland Parks & Recreation at the Archery Range to support one of Washington Park's unique attractions. Spend a couple of hours with us weeding and mulching the area around the targets, as well as performing simple repairs on the targets.
The volunteer day starts at 9:00 am with a lunch break around 11:30 am. Volunteers are welcome to leave whenever they need to. We will continue working until 2:00 pm.
Lunch will be provided by PP&R. We will reach out before the event to check in. If you have any dietary requests or would like to opt out, just let us know.
Site Accessibility
There is one accessible portable restroom on site. The work area is on grass that may be uneven. Shade is limited at the Archery Range and there is a picnic table.
If you have questions about the accessibility of the event, please email us. If you have an ADA accommodation request to be able to participate in this volunteer event, please use the 311 ADA Accommodation Request webpage.
